Return & Exchange Guidelines:
- Return Process:
Initiation: Contact customer support at support@uniformo.in or 02269719968 within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
Condition: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. - Exchange Process:
Request: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Specify the item to be exchanged and the replacement item you wish to receive.
Approval: We will confirm the availability of the replacement item and provide instructions for returning the original item.
Shipping: Send the original item back as per the instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our mistake. - Refunds:
Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Partial Refunds: If the item is returned in a condition other than what was originally received, a partial refund may be issued. - Non-Returnable Items:
Customized/Personalized Items: These items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
